Just type it while playing.
1. - In game, enter on "in game options" with key ESC, or whatever key
that you have defined.
2. - Go "redefine keys" menu.
3. - Assign one of these three combination of keys ( don't worry, after
putting these keys, the keys go back to the original settings):
Combination 1 : Jonhy is immune! (KNTIMMUNE)

Action = "M"

Combination 2 : Go level up! (KNTLEVELP)
