to end mission with successful results edit the Sim.ini file in the following path
C:\Program Files\SSI\Silent Hunter II\Sim

At the end Type 
 
[ULTIMATION]
cheat=TRUE
 
then while in a mission simply press ctrl - shift- ~ (Tilde) this will result 
in a successful completion of the current mission.
